POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

It is again possible to submit abstract for the poster sessions. New deadline is September 1, 2017

Poster abstract sumbission is allowed by May 5, 2017

Deadline for submission of abstracts: May 31, 2017  – EXTENDED – New deadline is June 16, 2017 

 In order to submit your abstract you have to register to the congress. Once registration is complete and confirmed – i.e. the fee payment has been received by the organizing secretariat – you will be allowed to submit your contribution by entering your PERSONAL AREA using the credentials received by email, entering the EVENTS section from the menu and selecting the XVII SINS National Congress. For each abstract submitted a registration fee is required.

In order to make possible for the organizing secretariat to confirm payment the payment by bank wire has to be done no later than June 13.

During submission operation please be sure that “abstract (poster)” option in the menu under “Other information > Preferred means of presentation” section is selected (see images below).

Abstracts must be written in English. They should contain sufficient detail to convey clearly the approach and the results of research. The Local Organizing Committee will review the submitted abstracts to ensure the novelty, quality, relevance and clarity of the accepted papers.
